Information we collect
We may collect registration details, mobile number, business information, GST details, billing and shipping addresses, order and payment information, device/session information and support enquiries needed to operate the platform.
How information is used
Information is used for account verification and approval, catalogue authorization, order fulfilment, GST and invoice workflows, payment verification, support, security, fraud prevention and legally required record keeping.
Commercial confidentiality
Customer, Dealer, Distributor and user-specific pricing is protected by backend authorization. One commercial group's rates are not intended to be exposed to another group.
Data retention
Account deletion requests are handled subject to legal and accounting retention requirements. Financial records such as invoices and statutory transaction records may need to be preserved while personal information is anonymized or restricted where appropriate.
Security
Praco uses authenticated access, role checks, approval checks, server-side validation and other controls to protect commercial and account data. Users should keep passwords and OTPs confidential.
