Account eligibility
Registration does not automatically grant commercial access. Praco may approve, reject, suspend or assign an appropriate Customer, Dealer or Distributor group based on business review and platform rules.
Pricing and catalogue
Prices and product visibility depend on the assigned account group and any valid user-specific special price. Pricing shown to an approved user applies only to that authorized account and may change for future orders.
Orders and availability
Order acceptance is subject to server-side stock, product status, minimum order quantity, role visibility, pricing, tax and payment validation at checkout.
Taxes
GST treatment is calculated by the backend using product/variant configuration and place-of-supply information. Order and invoice snapshots preserve the applicable historical transaction values.
Credit accounts
Where credit sales are enabled, orders may be subject to assigned credit days, credit limit, account hold and overdue rules.
Returns
Eligible returns are subject to the Return Policy and validation of delivered quantities, reasons, condition and applicable financial adjustments.
Misuse
Attempting to access another user's order, invoice, pricing or account data is prohibited and may result in suspension.
